The advent of the new season produced another solid result in the local real estate market, albeit with some ups and downs across the data. Atotal of 65 housing sales were recorderd, with a further ten section sales. Whilst the number of houses sold increased on the previous month, the median days to sell slipped from 52 days to 77. Both the monthly median and the annual moving median for houses rose slightly, standing at $530,000 and $516,416 respectively.
